In our episode this week, Claire and I talk about a hip hop horse in a torture chamber. Yes, that's what we latched onto this episode and it has absolutely nothing to do with the excellent book we talked about, Certain Dark Things by Silvia Moreno-Garcia.
This book is about a really cool Aztec vampire, Atl, who is on the run from a sleazebag vampire, Nick, and who gets help from a human, Domingo, and a third vampire, Bernardino. There's more people in the cast and lots of drug-dealing vampire fun. We really enjoyed the book in all its forms, audio, e-book and print, because they each had something interesting to offer. You need to check them all out! And also read our summary and listen to our episode of course.
