This is a novella that is full of horror and gore and it's wonderful. Cat and her "friends" are in Japan at a haunted mansion for a destination wedding. There is a story about a mansion (not necessarily this one, but it totally is this one) where a young couple was to be wed, but the groom disappeared before the ceremony. The bride waited and waited for him to return and waits still... and sacrifices young ladies along the way.
So now that's where Cat and the others are and of course things go badly. Spoiler alert! Not everyone makes it out of the mansion alive. Read the book, listen to our episode and check out our summary for more details.
