In this week's episode, Claire and I talk about Meesh the Bad Demon by Michelle Lam. You know how we feel about cute and precious middle grade graphic novels... so here's another one for you! This one was definitely cute and precious and featured demons being good and fairies being jerks, so you know we loved it. Here's a picture of us wearing demon horns.
Meesh is a demon from Mount Magma and she loves watching Fairy Princess Nouna's TV show with her grandma, but when things go wrong on Mount Magma and everyone starts turning to stone, Meesh has to travel to Plumeria City to try to get help from her favorite TV hero... except she's not all she's cracked up to be. After making two other friends (another demon and a wolf) Meesh and Nouna decide to work together to return the demons to normal. The fairy Queen isn't the best and holds them back a little, but surely they'll be able to save the day, right?
